Red laser cartridge bore sighter is constructed of anodized aluminum and is small enough to store in your range bag so you have it when you need it. The red laser bore sighter fits in the chamber of your AR9 type Pistol Caliber Carbine (PCC) and 9mm pistols producing a bright red dot out the end of the barrel so you can "rough-in" or "bore sight" your newly mounted optic or red dot scope. Once you have adjusted the optics aiming point to the location of the red light produced by the laser bore sighter, you can then sight in your rifle with live ammunition. Bore sighting your rifle, carbine or pistol decreases the sight in procedure and reduces the amount of ammo needed to properly zero your gun. Batteries are included.
