Must have for the +4 follower September 18, 2024 Reviewer: Scot from Bluntstown, FL United States   If using a +4 follower the extended spring is a must. Using the OEM (shorter) spring and function / reliability will be poor.  Also, no chance of locking the slide back on an empty magazine without the extended spring. Was this review helpful to you?
