Colud have been better! March 26, 2024 Reviewer: Steve Howland from Baker City, OR United States   If you had a telephone number, an email address, or even some sort of help desk, it would have been better for all concerned. If I had been able to ask a question, I would have ordered two complete sets of guide rods and springs. Also,(if I had been able to speak with someone) when I ordered the recoil springs I tried to order another guide rod, but the fine print said "out of stock" and asked if I wanted to be notified when back. With a bit of communication, I probably would have found out that it was expected in the next day! So, of course I would have waited and had the whole order shipped together. Instead, three packages, and three shipping charges in order to accomplish what could have been done the first day. Was this review helpful to you?
