Nice grip tape for the 1911-22 GSG/SIG August 31, 2020 Reviewer: R.T from Aurora, CO United States   Nice addition to the gun but the grip tape is a gray color so I sprayed it a gloss black which gave it a semi gloss look to it better match the black or blued parts of the SIG 1911-22. Works well, even in an uncommon application. April 8, 2020 Reviewer: Mark Leonardini from Caldwell, ID United States   I wanted a little more "grippy-ness" on a J-frame S&W wearing Precision Gun Specialties grips, but not so much that it would interfere with drawing from pocket carry.   I bought a pack of Front Strap Grip Tape, and custom-cut strips to go over the front-strap and back-strap of the revolver.  Perfection.  No reduction in smoothness of draw, and definitely increased grip retention ability.
